Job Description

Do you have extensive experience within the pension industry and a passion for transforming deep domain knowledge into innovative digital solutions?

We are looking for professionals who thrive in the pension space and want to play a key role in shaping the future of pension solutions - helping pension providers improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and create lasting business value.

Responsibilities

At Netcompany, we are making a strategic investment in the pensions domain. We develop solutions and advise some of the leading players in the industry, and we are now looking for experienced pension specialists to strengthen our capabilities and help shape the future of pension solutions.

As a Pension Business Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor, connecting business needs with solution delivery. Working closely with pension providers, you will analyse processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate complex business requirements into impactful solutions that create value for both the organisation and its customers or members.

You will contribute to and evolve our standard pension solutions.  The role spans three key areas: Client Delivery, Product Development, and Pre-sales/Advisory. Your responsibilites will typically include:

  • Client Delivery: You will contribute to client projects and transformation initiatives, working with process analysis, future-state design, business requirement definition, workshop facilitation, and the organisational implementation of new solutions.
  • Product Development: Defining new features, shaping and validating solution designs, specifying business rules and processes, validating functionality, and ensuring our products meet industry standards and needs
  • Pre-sales and Advisory: You support sales and bid processes by leveraging your pension expertise to  understand client needs, shape solution proposals, contribute to client meetings and workshops, and build trusted relationships through credible domain expertise and strategic advisory.

About you

You have likely worked for a pension provider, consultancy, or in another role within the Life and Pension industry. Through your experience, you have developed a strong understanding of the sector, including its processes, products, regulations, and key stakeholders.

We are looking for professionals who combine strong pension expertise with analytical skills and the ability to bridge business needs, client requirements, and solution design. No coding or deep technical background is required. What matters most is your understanding of the pension domain and your ability to translate complexity into clear recommendations and solutions.

Key qualifications include:

  • Completion of the FOAK basic training is required. You are expected to have a solid understanding of core pension principles and to be able to guide both clients and colleagues on our solutions
  • A key part of your role is documenting standard product functionality, client requirements, product descriptions, presentations, and diagrams.
  • You should have a strong understanding of business processes, ideally supported by hands-on experience, and be able to map and work with the key stakeholders involved.
  • You are able to lead and facilitate workshops with clients and internal stakeholders in a structured and effective way.
