Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As an Application Support Agent you will:
- Provide end-user support via email, including user access rights management.
- Perform data entry to support business users in the EU Pesticides Systems.
- Extract data and generate reports upon request.
- Conduct the annual update of data on authorisations in Member States.
- Prepare or update training materials, including presentations for webinars, videos, and guides, in collaboration with A4 and E4 teams.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the systems to business users and external stakeholders.
- Conduct Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) for new releases.
- Assist in preparing analysis documents for the IT team.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with web-based tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team while also being able to work autonomously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Preferred academic background: Agronomy, Plant Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or Plant Health.
- At least 1 year of professional experience or a traineeship with tasks closely related to those described.
- Knowledge of EU Policy on Plant Health.
