Web Communication Consultant - Western Balkans

Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Web Communication Consultant in Netcompany-Intrasoft? 

As a Web Communication Consultant, you will:

• Advise on and develop digital communication products for the enlargement region (factsheets, videos, social media carousels or cards, infocards etc);
• Update information on client's website;
• Draft social media posts for client's channels;
• Liaise with the graphic designers and webmasters for the production of communication products;
• Assist in the organization of events and press trips.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• University Degree or equivalent of 5 years of professional and relevant experience;
• Ability to autonomously research and navigate content or information;
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to translate difficult policy language into understandable content and communicate results to stakeholders;
• Experience with creating communication strategies/content for Western Balkans countries;
• Creativity, evidenced by creation of original strategies and content;
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities in user-generated content;
• Proficient with social media platforms, including analytics and reporting tools;
• Experience in using social media advertising tools and managing ad purchases;
• Ability to interpret and analyse multiple data sources to adjust targets and objectives;
• Proficiency in English at C1 level for understanding, speaking, and writing.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• General knowledge of EU institutions;
• Experience with European Commission is an asset;
• Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus, especially French.
