So, what are the main responsibilities of a UIX Designer in Netcompany-Intrasoft? 

Joining us as an UIX Designer, you will be part of our highly skilled teams for designing large-scale web and mobile applications for a wide variety of technologies and industries. Our team creates UX designs in a broad range of sectors- from finance and healthcare to telecoms, banking, and public administration. 

As a UIX Designer you will:

• Design graphic user interface elements
• Formulate and define requirements for web and mobile products
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. 

What would make you a fit for the role:

• BSc in Design, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
• UX Design relevant Training or Certificate
• Demonstrated ability to contribute design at any stage – from concept prototypes to mock-ups for user & stakeholder validation to final design specifications ready for development
• Knowledge of design validation methodologies including usability testing (remote or onsite), card-sorting, contextual user interviews, and setting up design variables for A/B tests, etc
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (i.e., Wireframe.cc and InVision) and design software like Adobe XD, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong experience in web UI frameworks and understanding of the latest technologies and trends in UX/UI designs
• Design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
• Awareness and understanding of accessibility standards, as well as security practices and protocols
• Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal) and efficient communication skills
• Methodical, quality, and results-oriented thinking, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment, adaptable, team-oriented.
