Are you ready to discover the role of a Junior Application Support Agent. in Netcompany-Intrasoft? 

By joining us as a Junior Application Support Agent, you will support a key European institution in health and food safety, managing systems related to RASFF, AAC AA, and AAC FF.

As a Junior Application Support Agent you will: 

• Provide application support for the iRASFF system, including handling notifications and assisting users.
• Offer administrative support and guidance to RASFF users.
• Analyze data from the systems to support the Commission's officials and collaborate with various teams.
• Conduct training sessions for Member States and European Commission officials on application usage.
• Maintain documentation, participate in coordination meetings, and perform application testing as needed.

This role may require some travel for training purposes.

What would make you a fit for the role: 

• At least 1 year of work experience (including traineeships) and familiarity with EU institutions.
• Having a scientific background in Food Safety, Food Technology, Agronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.
• Being a team player with strong communication skills, flexibility, and critical thinking abilities.
• Fluency in English (essential). Knowledge of French is advantageous.
