Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of an Android Support Specialist in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

The goal is to build a Mobile Device Service that addresses the current imbalance in support, particularly the lack of dedicated Android support. This role is crucial in providing advanced support for private Android devices within the organization. While the main focus of this position is on Android support, some development skills are also necessary to ensure comprehensive solutions and enhancements for our Android users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and troubleshooting for Android applications and devices.
• Identify and resolve issues related to different Android UIs.
• Assist in the maintenance of Android apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of mobile applications.
• Advanced Android support
• Support private devices: Manage and support privately-owned Android devices used within the organization.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Strong knowledge of the Android ecosystem
• Previous working experience in Android apps
• Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Knowledge of Android UI
• Identify and support android devices with different UIs
• Previous experience with Android SDK
• understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Knowledge of English & French. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Android support

Please note that we are looking for someone focused in Android support (with some knowledge in general support) but not for a General Support profile that holds few knowledge in Android.
