Job Description
We are looking for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years' experience within IT support.

Tasks and Challenges:
By joining the IT Services at Netcompany, you will be part of a global support team. We provide assistance both on-site, from our office in Warsaw, and online, with over 7500 users worldwide. We ensure challenging everyday responsibilities with good development opportunities - both professionally and personally.
At Netcompany, you will quickly become acquainted with new processes and technical solutions. The learning curve will be steep, and it is crucial that you are driven by learning new things. As our IT support, you will (among other things):
- Take the role of the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) at Netcompany and thus act as an ambassador for our IT Services.
- Provide support on O365, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, as well as local applications on PC and mobile devices.
- Perform practical tasks, such as preparation and installation of equipment for new and existing employees.
- Be the first contact for meeting rooms’ service, with high-end AV solutions, printers and more.
- Participate in the purchase and distribution of hardware and software.
Qualifications

- You can work independently and proactively, based on an overall structured framework.
Furthermore, we envision that you have:
- Relevant education or certificate in IT support / computer technology with good results.
- 0-2 Years of experience in working within an IT department, providing support to end users.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken, so you can communicate smoothly with suppliers and colleagues - both nationally and internationally.
- Good understanding of Windows 10 operating system and familiarity with O365, including popular tools like Teams and Office products.
- Knowledge of computer accessories like docking stations.
- General ITSM knowledge would be an advantage.
It is an advantage if you have knowledge of one or more of the following technologies:
- Active Directory
- SharePoint
- Audio & Video technology
- Microsoft Exchange
